At JL Eye Specialists, we understand the need for a smooth and comfortable experience for our overseas patients, and their family members.

Appointments

Based on the medical history provided and depending on any required diagnostic tests and eye surgery, we can recommend an approximate length of stay as well as the estimated medical costs.

Admission Services

We will assist you in making arrangements for in-patient admission at the hospital, advising you on the pre-admission fee estimates, registration and admission processes.

Accommodation

For our overseas patients, we can help refer you to a hotel or serviced apartment near the vicinity that best suits your needs and budget.

Visa Requirements

Patients from ASEAN countries (except Myanmar) do not require a visa to enter Singapore.

GST (Goods and Services Tax) refund

Foreigners are entitled to a tax refund on certain medications and optical aids. Our clinic is registered with Global Blue, a tourist tax refund service provider.

Complimentary shuttle bus services are available for patients of Gleneagles Hospital and Gleneagles Medical Centre.

Mon – Fri: 8:40am to 5:00pm
Sat: 8:40am – 1:30pm

(The shuttle service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays)
